The Plava Grota is a cave located in Cres, Croatia. Unfortunately, I was not able to find an official website for the cave. However, the entrance fee is approximately 40 HRK (around $6 USD) per person. The cave is open for visitors from May to October, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

In the surrounding area, visitors can explore the beautiful island of Cres. Some of the popular attractions include the Lubenice Beach, the Osor Archaeological Collection, and the Church of St. Mary Magdalene. The Lubenice Beach is a secluded beach with crystal clear waters, while the Osor Archaeological Collection is a museum that displays the history of the town of Osor. The Church of St. Mary Magdalene is a historic church that dates back to the 15th century.

All of these attractions have varying hours of operation, so it is best to check their individual websites or tourist information centers for more information.
